HAHAHA, i feel so clean la
i just finished showering, and i just realised that i
forgot to take my plaster out
EEWWW, anwy i feel really great today
cs this afternoon was one of the UBER few times
i actually ddnt feel tired during badminton
well, i felt tired at first but then
i bought
tiramisu COFFEE and TA-DA i wasnt anymore
ohhhkkay, wht rubbish (nabilah)
and i played agaisnt my brother and won 15-13 ((((:
im really happy you know, cs my brother's MUCH better than i am
and i think he was tired, or i my shots improved
cs i WON I WON I WON !!
YIIPIEE, i won ohkay, but i felt super SUPER TIRED,
kept on running like CR-AZY,
and btw, we played singles
WOOHOOO, one of the (again) very few times i play and win (him)
he likes to boast la,
ughhh, stop it little brother
so anyway, i went for mass today
AT EIGHT THIRTY in the morning
i woke up at SEVEN THIRTY, you lazy bums
i practically dragged my ass out of bed,
and tumbled down the many flight of stairs
it takes to get me to the dining room
SHEESY
and the priest made us take this piece of paper
and he was testing our faith
ohhhh, ITS FATHER RICHARDS btw (:
uh huhhh, and i think i failed
DUU-UH, not suprising, BUUUT most of the qns i could answer
SO I PASSED (((:
it was common sense la, (pure geog students have LOADS of common sense)
back to piano:
my piano teacher made me practice bowing and bowing
until i perfected it.
i felt like some complete idiotic loner bowing to the wall
ohkay, the thing was, she told me something that got me thinking
A performer's bow is very important, because it tells the audience whether or not you are ready
A person with a good bow, is confident, has poise and is ready to start performing
however, a person with a lousy bow will reflect badly on himself as it shows his sloppiness and that he's not going to be playing a good piece
Why do people attend concerts?
They don't attend concerts to listen to good music,
they attend concerts, to enjoy GOOD people who play good music for them,
and thus, they are then able to experience the same feeling the performer does
when he plays his piece
During the concert, the audience and the performer does not communicate
Communication is done via the music the performer plays
Its as though the performer is telling a story
and it comes from the heart
The way you express yourself when you play music on the piano
will be the way the audience receives it, and they too, will be able to
share the same feelings that you are trying to express through your music
You, are the storyteller, telling a story
Therefore, your music must have variety
Loud, and soft, Ups and downs
Music that has only one tone will make the audience fall asleep
The audience, are like little children
waiting to hear their bed-time fairytales before they go to sleep
You have to feel and music has to come from your heart
That is how and why different people play different kinds of music
very differently
Because everyone has their own way of expressing themselves
It is up to you, to tell your audience a good story
Its so meaningful, dont you think so?
HAHAHA, anyway, i felt that yeahhh
i should tell them a good story
I shall go and practice (:
